I’m with Superior Mortgage lending/Mankell Hayes office.  I wanted to get some information from you about your programs.  Can you please give me a call.  Or just answer the following questions for me.

1. Do you do USDA loans?  If so, what credit score.  Yes, 620.  Please see attached matrix.
2. Do you do JUMBO loans?  If so, what credit score or any other requirements.  Yes, there are 3 programs.  Different scores for each program.  Jumbo Arm and Preferred = 700.  Jumbo AUS = 660.  Matrices attached.
3. Do you do construction to perm loans?  If so, what credit score or any other requirements. We will do the permanent financing, but not the construction piece. It would be a regular conventional (620), FHA (600), VA (600) or USDA (620)
4. Do you have loans for manufacture homes? Yes, on all programs except Jumbo.  Please see attached matrices.
5. Do you do self-employed loans?  What credit score and any other requirements.  Yes, standard requirements.  Follow findings.  On Jumbo, it’s 2 years tax returns and W2s.
6. Do you offer bank statements loans?  We do not, unfortunately.
