Orion Lending rolled out ANOTHER DPA program this week (National Homebuyer’s Fund), and we are quickly becoming the Industry’s leader for DPA.
- We have FULL Underwriting authority & do NOT have to send these off for approval
- Close < 30 days: 1 day UW, 1 day Conditions
- 2% BPC + Processing fee with NBF DPA, or 1.5% BPC + Processing Fee for Chenoa Fund
- TBD Full Approvals prior to contract!
- Chenoa and NHF both have “soft second” options with 0% interest & No Monthly Payments due on the 2nd mtg
- Up to 5% DPA can be used for Down Payment and Closing Costs, and the higher rates now have lender credit!
- DPA Options for FHA, USDA, and Conventional
