They will be in touch with you shortly to schedule an AFR orientation.  In the meantime, below is the basic systems information to get you started, along with a link to the systems training course.

The newly developed AFR Loan Center is a centralized resource hub for all your loan submissions.  It has been designed to require a single sign on for all delivery types, easy to use and intuitive functionality, simple document upload capability, and flexibility in user permissions based on the way YOU do business.

Please visit the AFR Loan Center to begin exploring how these resources will provide a streamlined approach in delivering loans to AFR.

Your Company’s System Administrator has been identified as Mankell Hayes. As such, they will need to log into the system and walk through the initial Company setup. This will provide an opportunity to customize the system to fit your Company Structure and each user role to fit your needs. Please utilize the training videos to provide some guidance on what options may best fit the Company needs.

Log in Credentials will be emailed to the Admin through a [email protected]  email address. Please make sure to check junk or spam folders if the credentials have not been received by tomorrow. In order to ensure the successful delivery of AFR Loan Center communication, please make sure [email protected] is white listed and added to the Company address book.

In addition, AFR has designed training videos to provide step by step walk-throughs to ensure every user understands how to utilize the system to fit their role and how best to set up your Company for optimal performance.
